不想购买标准品，公司又不能研制。那就没办法了。

可以用响应因子法解决这个问题。
只需要在建立方法的时候有杂质标准品即可，以后通过比保留时间定性，响应因子法定量。
EP上有现成的例子可以参考。

能不能详细说明一下？

Average Standard Response Factor（ASRF）

Average of （Mass of Std×Ptrity /Std Peak Area）

Weight percent of impurity component：

ASRF×（N1/D1）×（AreaSAM/MassSAM）×RRF×100

ASRF=Average Standard Response Factor

N1=Dilution Factor of the Sample Preparation

D1=Dilution Factor of the Standard Preparation

AreaSAM =Area of the Sample

MassSAM=Area of the Sample

RRF=Relative Response Factor（RRF to be entered as a multiplier)
