我拟合好的公式,计算不锈钢的话,Cr,Fe,Ni的相对强度和测量强度的R2都在0.999以上。
原级谱图:Rh,125Be,25Angle,15kV的电压,Ag,200Be,不会差很多
条件应该都够了,可以试验了,计算过程和最后的回归分析应该会吧,不过现有的回归都不会收敛的。
