听说正相比反相要困难的多。
使用硅胶柱时，流动相的含水量会带来许多麻烦。

normal phase is more difficult than rever phase ,you must clean all the system for washing out the water.When I work in last company ,we need analysis some pesticide using normal phase .We use iso-propanol wash the system ,then use the n-hexene .In this step ,you must get out your normal phase column .
I think it is better to use gc to take place it.
