不是识别就用谱库检索那么简单。还需要其他方法校对核实。谱库要用标准品来建,保留指数都需要标准品来测定。FID的校正因子需要标准品来测定。这个过程是花费大量功夫和精力的。是一项非常复杂的工作。前期要在很多很多工作。一般人可能只能给出简单的结果,可能是很少一些成分。
没有标准品,先看看谱库里面有没有,库谱里面有,还有仔细利用出峰顺序,保留指数等来核对。如果是不知道新物质,还需要收集做其它方式来进行鉴定。
