职位名称：资深实验室技术专家（NGS） 职位描述/要求：• 负责独立完成NGS实验操作并对实验结果进行评估； Independently prepare for validation tests and clinical tests of NGS projects and Control and evaluate test quality. • 负责培训新技术人员及相关人员； Train lab technicians and assist marketing in training customers in tests. • 参与新项目或者科研项目的技术引进、技术转移，重点负责实验操作部分； Participate in extending of NGS platform and launching new projects. • 负责对现有项目的实验部分，同时不断优化改善现有项目； Responsible for the existing tests and figure out the optimization for the tests. • 负责本专业组室内质控和室间质评，确保各项记录和资料的完整保存； Be responsible for the group interior quality control and external quality assessment, to ensure the related information and record keep completely. • 负责本专业组的疑难技术问题的解决与答复，并就具体问题对其全体人员进行指导并讲解； Be responsible for the group problem solving and reply and explain and train the specific topic to the relevant personnel. • 服从上级的工作安排，积极配合业务、行政、人事、工程等部门，组织全组人员贯彻执行《质量手册》及有关规章制度和工作要求； To follow up the arrangement of supervisor, cooperate the operation, administration, HR, facility department, implement the and the related regulations and requirement. • 负责本专业组新项目的规划和筹建，并负责组织其作业指导书的编制、修订、实施； Be responsible for the new project, create, revise and implement the work instruction. • 上级交代的其他任务。 Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
