职位名称:Trojan服务工程师 Trojan Service Engineer 职位描述/要求: Job profile职位描述 • Perform product installation and maintenance on customer site, act professionally at site to achieve full customer satisfaction/ 客户现场产品安装、维护,提供专业服务,增进客户满意 • Fulfil the task of service function in site on schedule / 按时完成现场服务 • Provide technical consultation, call feedback and training service to customers / 提供客户技术咨询、电话反馈、培训服务 • Follow up open cases until completion and issue technical service reports as proper project-related documentation / 跟踪未解决事宜直至完成,提交技术服务报告作为项目相关支持文件 • Self-dependent scheduling of service visits and efficient performance of service visits (installation, commissioning, and acceptance test with protocol) on customer request or customer service manager order / 服务计划安排,按客户要求或客户服务经理指示提供高效服务(安装、调试、测试验收协议) • Perform trainings for operators, technician and maintenance staff / 培训操作员、技术人员及维护人员 • Ability to travel at short notice / 能在短时间内出差 • Assist parts promotion and sales/ 协助配件推广和销售 Qualification & Requirement资质要求 • - Bachelor Degree (above 5 years) in Electric automatization, Instrument automation, Electromechanical, Automatic Control电气自动化、仪表自动化、机电、自动控制专业本科学历,3年以上 • Working experience with electrical/ electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic system,Sewage plant and water plant equipment service is preferred / 有电子/电气、机械、液压系统工作经验,有污水厂和自来水厂设备服务者优先 • Familiar with central control protocols such as Modbus and Ethernet熟悉中控协议,比如 Modbus和以特网 • Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel to customer sites / 可随时出差去客户现场 • Good knowledge /skills in MS Office / Able to read wiring diagrams、 understand assembling and layout drawings. 精通办公软件,懂电路图、安装图和设备平面布置图 • Good English reading and writing is preferred/英语读写良好者优先考虑 • To be honest and responsible, good team work spirit, work seriously, good oral expression ability and written reporting ability, be able to work under pressure / 诚实、负责、认证、富有团队精神,良好口头表达、书面汇报能力,能承受工作压力
