In this role, this field service engineer will service all Food analysis customers mainly in Shaanxi province and Northwest China, including installation, warranty & billable repairing, and technical trainings. To balance between personal service revenue increasing and customer’s good satisfaction. This position will report to service manager of Food china directly.
Responsibilities: ? Responsible for instruments installation and warranty service in the field. ? Responsible for billing service and service contact. ? Responsible for good customer satisfaction. ? Responsible for customer technical training.
