Leads and opportunities identification and exploration by phone call and social media after marketing activities were finished. ? Telephone communication with customers to gather more information and transfer from leads to opportunities if applicable, and then allocate to related sales. ? Tele sales nurture the existing users by close contact and agile promotion for hardware detectors upgrades promotion, including EDS/EBSD/Wave/OminiProbe/Raman based on SEM/FIB/TEM columns. ? Follow opportunities from stage 1 to stage 2 by telephone and close communication with sales about related customer process. ? 2、Marketing support 市场支持: ? Marketing activity organization and support, coordinating local MARCOM and Nano Analysis sales and application team, which includes webinar, training, online stream, online and offline workshop, exhibition, social media promotion, etc. ? CRM and customer database maintenance and management to support sales team and marketing campaign. ○ 组织、支持营销活动,协调当地MARCOM和纳米分析的销售和应用团队。包括网络讲座、培训、在线流媒体、线上和线下研讨会、展会、社会媒体推广等。 ○ 维护、管理CRM和客户数据库,以支持销售团队和市场活动。
3、Presales Support 售前支持: ? Sales demo systems management with clear record and workflow to make the best use. ? Handling of routine sales enquiries into the office, escalating appropriately when necessary. ? Assist sales team members in preparation of customer quotations, tender / bidding documentation. ? Order tick sheets and EUU related documents preparation to help administrators team to deal with sales orders. ? Ⅱ、Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated 1、Professional Skills/ Abilities ? Related degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, etc. ? Experience of developing and implementing streamlined administrative processes. ? Good PC skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft packages is essential; experience in CRM would be valuable. ○ 取得材料学、化学、物理学等方面的相关学位。 ○ 有制定和实施精简商务行政程序的经验。 ○ 良好的PC技能。熟练使用微软软件包是必要的;有客户关系管理经验者优先。
2、Personal Qualities: ? High degree of self-organization whilst recognizing the priorities of the sales and customer support personnel. ?
