Qualification： - Associates degree in business or 2 years of experience in an inside sales role - Work experience in customer service - Excellent time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills are essential - Skilled in using MS office and ERP/CRM systems - Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service skills
