立即投递该职位 职位名称:OEM Sales Manager-上海市 职位描述/要求:Ⅰ、Key Responsibilities - Develop the OEM business strategy in China aligning with global OEM strategy, drive China OEM business growth by building-up effective eco-system and delivery of Andor portfolio value. - Strengthen technical innovations with focus on development of new applications and market penetration approaches. - Collaborate with departments and Functions to develop common business development goals and innovative application collaborative development plans. - Ensure goal alignment and collaboration between sales.PM. BU. Marketing and Commercial operation - OEM market analysis and research, corresponding market development strategies - Develop Midrange OEM business with focus on Key Account development and enable distributors for small-medium market penetration. - Analyse OEM account requirements and develop OEM segment account penetration plan. - Maintain high level executive relationship with key customers and provide executive selling support in key customer meetings. - Be accountable for the completion of annual corporate requirements including and not limited to participation in audit, reporting, training, employee activities, etc. - Perform any other relevant duties and business initiatives as and when assigned by Manager, from time to time.
Ⅱ、Specification – Essential requirements unless stated 1、Education / Qualifications: - Bachelor degree of Physical sciences related is required; Marster degree is preferred
2、Professional Skills/ Abilities: - High level of expertise and knowledge in OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of OEM customers), Sales Fundamentals, Value Based Selling Skills, Disciplined Seling Process and Customer Centric Seling Skills. - Market Research & Analysis, Project /Implementation Management, customer Relationship Management, Prospecting & New Customer Development, territory Planning & Management, Account Sales Maximizing (Expanding business in existing accounts), Account Planning & Management - Basic understanding of all our products and Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers). Basic Training and Product Marketing Skills (Strategic Planning & Lifecycle Management).
3、Personal Qualities: - Self-motivated - More than 5 years selling experience in industry or OEM market. - Experienced in market and customer development. - Experienced in big accounts business management. - Good at dealers' network construction and management. - Working experience in MNC and understand the way and culture to work. - Skill of marketing intelligence collection and analysis, marketing planning and execution
