原件存档，复印件留用

我们公司也是复印件放在现场,原件归档.

原件归档（留在自己手里容易丢）。。。

不用复印，仪器上有贴了个检定合格的小标签，检查是看这个就行了。

我的做法是，把检定证书装订成册，然后归档，和仪器类的档案放置在仪器，如果需要数据的使用复印件，检定证书包括每年全部的检定证书有强检、自检，装订的时候最好有目录，强检与自检用彩色纸隔开，如果证书多，强检和自检分开装订，设计好封面，让检查组能给你很高的印象分。

一定要归档,不然ISO一类的检查就会出问题啊
