在液相核磁中分子的快速运动消除了偶极裂分(dipolar splittings)和化学位移的各向异性（CSA: chemical shift anisotropy），从而得到比较好的尖锐峰形。 在固体核磁中，偶极裂分和化学位移的各向异性都和角度相关, 即3*(cos(theta))^2-1。 要想让上式为零， theta=54.70。 实践上也就是通过魔角旋转来消除以上的各向异性使光谱的解析度得以提高。

核磁谱图中有些字母的含义是什么呢？
1、PROCNO :
processed data number
2、Time （可能是实验所花时间？ 我也不确定）
3、INSTRUM : instrument
4、TD : time domain size, Defines the number of data points of the fid.
5、NS: number of scans
6、DS: number of dummy scans（空扫）
7、SWH: Spectral Width in Hertz.
8、FIDRES:FID Resolution in Hertz (per point)
9、AQ:acquisition time in seconds
10、RG:receiver gain
11、DW:dwell time in microseconds
12、DE:pre-scan delay in microseconds
13、TE:temperature in Kelvin
14、TD: time domain size,
15、NUC1: Nuclei 1 (1st)
16、P0-P31: pulse length parameters in microseconds
17、PL0-PL31:( power levels in db) 与16 相对应。
18、SFO1:irradiation (carrier) frequencies for channels f1
