    谈到CPSC-CH-C1001-09 Standard Operating Procedure for Determination of Phthalates这个标准，这个标准是不是只是作为CPSC的内部标准？好像还没有正式批准的吧？这个标准是不是相当于我们国内的行业标准？请大家发表下意见！谢谢了！

    因为你本来做的就是CPSIA中的邻苯二甲酸酯测试,所以用它们的方法绝对错不了.
    另外的三个替代测试方法你也可以申请啊,绝对没错的.

    CPSC的SOP是经过它们自己验证过的,不会成为标准,但会成为各家实验室的指导SOP,你可以照搬成为自己的ＳＯＰ．

    Section 108 of the CPSIA permanently prohibits the sale of any "children's toy or child care article" containing more than 0.1 percent of three specified phthalates (i.e. Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), and benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP)).

    Section 108 of the CPSIA also prohibits on an interim basis "toys that can be placed in a child's mouth" or "child care articles" containing more than 0.1 percent of three additional phthalates (i.e. Diisononyl phthalate (DINP), diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP), and di-n-octyl phthalate (DnOP)).

    These prohibitions became effective on 10 February 2009.
