    what is your substrate?
    Have u normalized the intensity of the substrate for both Al and Zn signal and then you don't need to care about sensitivity factors.

    Sorry I am wrong. This method is used in the same element.
    So you also need to consider sensitivity factos which are relative to transmission funciton of lens, photoionization cross section, ect.So there are errors when you do quantitative analysis.

    XPS是表面手段,元素的表面或内部偏聚会对含量测试产生很大影响。我经常会遇到这种问题。有时候学生送来的样品特意把被测元素含量放大,可就是测不到。如果一定要用这种方法表征,可以试一试深度剖析。

    我查到的灵敏度因子为:
    Al 2p的面积灵敏度因子为0.11
    Zn 2p3/2的面积灵敏度因子为5.3

    怎么各家得到的灵敏度因子都不一样呀???
