Run不是制备，简单点便是跑。A blank是只跑一次，consecutively是接着，紧跟其后的意思，不是连续,
意思是用空白液按相同方法跑一次
我觉得是用正己烷重复洗涤烧瓶。repeatedly这里是重复多次的意思，我们洗烧瓶讲究的就是少量多次。
