另取该品种项下规定量的标准氯化钠溶液，置50ml纳氏比色管中，加稀硝酸10ml，加水使成40ml，摇匀，即得对照溶液。于供试溶液与对照溶液中，分别加入硝酸银试液1.0ml，用水稀释使成50ml，摇匀，在暗处放置5分钟，同置黑色背景上，从比色管上方向下观察、比较，即得。
Reference solution: pipet specified volume of standard sodium chloride solution in the individual nonograph to a 50-ml nessler tube, add 10ml of dilute nitric acid, dilute to 40ml with water, mix.
To each of the two tubes containing test solution and reference solution, add 1 ml of silver nitrate TS and dilute to 50 ml with water, mix. Take both tubes into a dark place for 5 minutes, and view downward over a dark surface. The color of test solution is not darker than that of the reference solution.
