Spot size改变的是 first condenser lens 的强度
C1的作用是：
* Create a demagnified image of the gun crossover.
* Control the minimum spot size obtainable in the rest of the condenser system.

改变spot size，也就改变了probe的相干性以及亮度。spot size越小，相干性越差，亮度越高。所以改变spot size主要看具体要做的工作是什么了。
改变spot size之后最好做gun lens,C1的对中，不过一般都是程序存储起来了，不用用户操心了
