碰撞室真空（Vacuum, Gas cell pirani）: 碰撞室真空如何影响分析本人还不甚了解, 大概室影响碰撞能量吧。（个人理解：真空度高，离子自由行程大，碰撞能量大，但子离子产率低）碰撞室真空貌似有一个行业的标准设定。一般发表的文章上都说明设定值，看起来还比较重要。一般设定在3.3*10-3mbar。

It is very strange to find the Vacuum value need to
be setted in the method development,usually, only the vacuum is achieved to the appreciate value,the analysis process can be trigged.
The number:3.3*10-3mbar is maybe the usual value, we cannot decrease the vacuum just by modifing the number.

Oh, I see, maybe you mean the collision gas setting

I remember the collison gas in the TSQ is usually 1.5mTorr,and the Gas is Nitrogen.sometimes we need to decrease it to 1.2mTorr.
