    仪器不同, 各不相同. 但是专人专用是非常重要的. 要是生手瞎做, 转眼就坏.
    我用的是SII公司的SPA300(日本) 我用了好几年了, 最近由于磕睡, 把探针靠近时. 应该按(自动调整)却按成了(低速靠近)了, 结果非常严重. Scanner and holder都坏了, 那个Scanner 里边是一块压电陶瓷, 非常贵, 要30万日元. 真气人.
    另外, AFM分析, 探针经常会磨钝, 这时, 无法测到清楚的图. 而又无法知道到底是探针的问题还是样品的问题. 这时最可靠的办法是有标准样品, 例如, 我就是用一块布满10 nm 金颗粒的纳米金板做标准.用标准样品来确认探针是否可用. 谁需要标准可以跟我联系. fenggangpan@163.com

    To use reference sample to identify tip radius is one of way. But it is dangerous to contanmaine tip after reference sample scanning. The eyes is the best way to check if probe is good or not.If tip worn a lot during scanning. You shound check if sample situation, scanning parameters...

    说到底就是没培训不准动仪器,建立详细的训练计划。同时做好实验登记。明确了责任,使用者自然会去提高操作技术的。从而保证仪器正常使用。

    There are 2 kinds of training.Basic SPM knowledge training and specific product operation training. But almost all of vendors can not spend a lot of times to train cutomers. So training program is very important. Almost all of vendor push customers to sign acceptance at first. Others, they tell customer to study and practice by themselves. It look system or technology is very advanced or complex. But in reality, we can use simple way to let new beginners to enter SPM field very quickly. If some vendors say it is not the right time to explain something during training, it just mean
    (1) He does not care customer's question. This is without patient and just push customers to sign acceptance.
    (2) He does not know how to answer questions well.

    afm的话好像只要不是用的太暴力不会出什么大问题的,我们实验室的那台换针n次连线都被压断过,还是继续在用,只是换针真的很麻烦
