    呵呵，题目确实出的不好，太广泛了，不过回复讨论的内容与我所想要的主题是一致的。

    我得仔细看一下happy提供的网站

    越看越糊涂了，happy提供的这个网站上有句话说
    The FEIs must never be changed, even though the establishment may change location, ownership, or establishment name.
    问题是从FDA网站上搜索到的我们公司的FEI号与FDA发给我们的EIR报告中的FEI号不是一样的，完全晕了
