The example you ask about probably isn't the best one for proper quantitative
analysis. It is really just to teach how to do a multiphase analysis. There
are problems such as extreme absorption differences between phases that would
make me reluctant to trust weight percentages to much. If you're interested in
quant analysis then the example from the Round Robin on CaF2/Al2O3/ZnO from
Madsen and Scarlett is the best to look at.

我在网上搜的，顺便进了他举的例子，就试了一下，然后问他原始例子的结果，他就给我回的这样，呵呵

另外你有没有经典的混合相的例子发上来让大家试试

Ian Madsen是定量分析的专家, 研究微吸收对QXRD的影响很有成就. "Powder Diffraction: Theory and Practice" 的第12章就是他跟nicola scarlette一起写的.

Ian Madsen主持的第二次Rround Robin网上应该可以下载谱图, 自己拿来分析一下再跟他们的真实值比较一下就知道自己实验室的偏差了.
