    Proton qNMR provides an opportunity for routine determination capable of analyzing possibly down to 0.1% level and below of components at the 1% level with 1% error and is well with errors as low as 0.1%, depending on the nature of the sample1.

    我个人做过很多核磁定量的工作,无论是与LC/GC还是滴定比较,多是很准确的。对于含量在90以上的组分,精度通常能达到零点几的RSD值。

    业务领导还是政治领导?写这种报告的意义?
    核磁定量,是1HNMR定量还是13CNMR定量?杂核定量?

    我在测核磁过程中感觉,无论是碳谱还是氢谱,只要峰分的开,信噪比比较好的话(可能要扫的时间久点,特别是定量碳谱),其定量还是比较准确的,90%。
