任何评论都必须要有依据.我们就对万通"提供10年抑制器保用包换"这一条做一次彻底的分析.大家立即可以看清到底谁在欺骗大众,谁是故意抄作.
万通宣传MSM抑制器是十年免费保修,只是对suppress rotor,并未包括抑制器模块中的蠕动泵(大家知道MSM抑制器离不开此泵,该泵的使用寿命也就是5-6年,购新的泵需2000美元);未包含MSM抑制器的消耗品(估计按正常使用频率,十年中消耗的填充柱和硅胶管将达2000美元以上).而且万通英文网站上的公开保修文件中规定"一旦发现用户使用含铝,有机酸,EDTA的样品造成抑制器中有杂质的沉淀,或用户使用强酸SO3H样品,十年保修将自动取消.一旦发现抑制器曾经干过,十年保修将自动取消."等等十分苛刻的使用要求.用户是根本不可能做到的,谁能保证十年的使用过程中抑制器中没有任何杂质的沉淀.所以其抑制器十年保修实际只是商业炒作,宣传而已.

Ion Chromatography10 Years' Warranty on the Suppressor Rotor
Metrohm guarantees the perfect functioning of the chemical "MSM" anion suppressor for a period of 10 years. A precondition for this warranty is the proper use of the instrument as described in detail in the Instructions for Use. We must again expressly mention the following information concerning its use:
The warranty on the suppressor rotor only exists when
·IC inline filters from the Metrohm range are used between the peristaltic pump and suppressor and in the eluent flow
·no components are loaded to the suppressor which would become insoluble during the suppressor reaction and could cause precipitation, e.g. higher aluminum concentrations, salts of sparingly soluble organic acids (EDTA ...)
·no components are loaded to the suppressor which would bond themselves irreversibly to the active groups (-SO3H)
·the suppressor is not stepped in a dry condition
·the rotor is correctly reassembled by the customer after it has been removed (no damage (kinking) of the tubing in the suppressor)
·there are no signs of mechanical scratching on the contact sides of the ceramic disks
