    这里有个错误概念,不是能溶解聚合物的试剂,就可以做GPC/SEC的流动相的啊!这里面有很多因素、原因。另外,上表中列出的某些聚合物,可以用好几种溶剂溶解,这也很正常,但是并不意味着都适合做流动相/溶剂的。甲苯、苯,甚至是氯仿,都很少用作GPC/SEC的流动相,因为挥发性太大了,尤其是带激光散射检测器MALS的GPC/SEC,因为挥发性大,影响了样品的准确浓度,而这个准确浓度,要代入公式计算绝对分子量的啊!所以,通常是用THF代替的。以前,用间甲苯酚作流动相分析尼龙的分子量,就是个经典的错误方法,说了无数次,国内不少人就是不听,没辙了,瞎做吧就,自娱自乐。
