    Thanks for you advice, however I have tried some sample with concentrations high enough for the test. Moreover, there is the MRLS for the medicine,
    the final detect limit should match it.

    那我怎么能控制它阿，我现在特别着急解决我不出峰的问题，加了SDS效果有，但是根本不明显，也还是在溶剂峰里面...

    SDS的浓度应该是需要优化的，你有没有从低到高优化SDS浓度？
