    1st,I will go to ask the user what's up :

    1 Did the instrument work normally before?
    1.1 --Yes: go to 2;
    1.2 --No: check instrument or call the supplier service engineer.

    2 What or where has been changed?
    2.1 Change back when we confirm we can keep it under control;
    2.2 Try another way when it dosen't work ;
    2.3 GO to 1.2 (check instrument or call the supplier service engineer) when the instrument is out of order yet.

    I don't think it is very diffcult,
    I think english is very diffcult :)
