    仪器所给的指标指的是仪器的检出限，是用纯水做为空白测出来的，仪器检出限仅共参考，当我们在建立一个新的分析方法时，最关心的还是方法的检出限。3倍标准偏差信号所对应的浓度即是检出限，其置信概率为99.73%，实际上其概率为90%左右，10倍标准偏差信号所对应的浓度称之为定量限，也称之为测定下限。
