在TEM模式下电子束不圆直接调物镜像散，是因为聚光镜像散已用ronchigram调好了？另外在TEM模式下调probe，就是把光聚到一点？

电镜的调节可以这样做：
1. 在STEM 下取一张相先，把amorphous area 挪到图片中间，然后把beam park 在image 中间（ use the beam park position tool in TIA, double click the beam park position and input (0,0) nm), 调rochigram, 尤其是condenser stigmatism.
2. 退出衍射模式，象在TEM模式下那样调alignment, 包括 center C2 apt, beam tilt pp, rotation center, 如果beam不圆，可以用objective stigmitor 去调圆。然后改变intensity得到最小的probe.
3. 进入衍射模式，改变z height来focus the sample.然后可以细调rochigram 或图像。
可以先用cross-grating sample 试，如果能看到atomic plane说明电镜调节没问题。然后在放你得样品，如果看不到，也许你的样品的质量不是特别好。
