    图片中选全谱后按第一个圈中的按钮,得到表中的元素数据,这是否可称为是元素计算功能键?

    但看列出的元素的原子百分数,Fe与Cr后有???,不知何意?是否代表此元素含量存有误差,因从单个元素的详细谱来看,Cr的峰并不明显,其含量应不会有如此之高。

    Quantification in XPS is basically just a calculation related with some factors (sensitivity factors...etc) and most importantly parameter is "AREA of a peak".

    The "???" in the table is trying to say the presence of those elements are in doubt but "maybe" appear. Because the peaks like you said are not obvious at all. But software somehow detects it but since its so low and peak not obvious so a "???" come up to remind users maybe some further judgment is required to believe if it is real peak or not.

    有何方法进行进一步的判定呢?

    或许在600度的时候,Fe,Cr扩散至表面发生偏聚。但是不明白的是Cr的含量达1.26,已经很高了,怎么还会出现这么个符号。

    Please prove by Cr2p3, 2p1 presence and Fe2p3, 2p1 peaks all presence and peak to noise is significant (>5 or even >10...etc).

    Run the data for more cycles to average out the noise and confirm the peaks are indeed presence.
