应助达人没办法，不直接创造收益，就是一个服务部门，去哪都是不招待见

我的主要观点是现在搞化学分析简直是没有什么前途也没有什么钱途，类比同级别的搞计算机写代码之类的收入待遇就业条件都差得太远，如果拿事业单位来说的话，既然选择事业单位那也就是为了稳定，肯定会放弃很多其他东西，但即使这样也就是lz提到的，搞化学分析的你还会比一般做行政做办公室的多一个接触化学药品，对身体不好，还有一定量的工作任务，但是工资只和职称工龄挂钩，这势必会造成检测分析人员的不满，这就是现状，顺便贴个看到的招聘信息，我觉得这个条件对比其他行业来说付出和回报真的差太远

主要职责 Key responsibilities：

Finish daily tasks on analytical tasks
2? ?详实的记录实验记录，分析实验数据，就分析结果与组员或者上级讨论。
Finish authentic lab records with details. Make basic analytic from results and discussions with members or line manager.
3? ?协助组长完成实验室维护任务，如5S等。
Assist group leader to finish tasks such as 5S, lab maintaining and repairing
4? ?负责原料药以及中间体在研发过程中的方法学开发，验证。
Develop and validate analytical methods for API and intermediates

任职要求 Competence requirements：
教育背景
Education background? ?本科以上学历，化学或者药学专业
Bachelor’s degree or higher, chemistry, pharmacy or chemical engineering
经验要求
Experiences? ?5年以上工作经验本科学历，或者优秀硕士。
Bachelors or masters with basic knowledge on people management.
知识及技能需求
Knowledge and skills? ?熟悉gc,HPLC等常见仪器
Skilled at using gc and HPLC
能力素质要求
Competencies? ?具备较好的学习能力；积极主动地完成任务；具备较好的执行力；具备基本的沟通能力和团队协作能力
Basic learning ability, basic motivation, basic execution power, basic communication and teamwork.
具备分析实验现象和数据，提出解决技术问题方案并最终解决基本至较难问题的能力。
Analysis results. Could solve basic to moderate technical problems.
较好的英语写作和口语能力。
Good writing and oral English.
薪酬福利
Compensation & welfare? ?7-10万(含年终奖)，并提供股权激励、五险一金、班车、食宿和法定休假。加班有加班费。
70K-100K per year, with stock, social insurance, bus, accommodations and legal holidays.
