衬底(基体)应该解释为底材，制备方法应该是预处理方法，method of application是涂敷方法，coating system涂料体系，film thickness涂层厚度。

Substrate:在网上看了一下跟涂料有关的词汇,有人翻译成”衬底”,有人翻译成”基体”,反正意思是一样的.楼主自己斟酌.
