Just for the ones who might revisit this 帖子. There has been quite a few software searchable Raman library commercially avaiable. For example, the library sell by Thermo, ST Japan,FDM etc. In general, these spectral libraries are not too bad in quality and standardized. There are other Raman databases of mineral, organics, dyes, and general chemicals published on the internet by universities and companies like Sigma Aldrich.
A good Raman instrument should measure the spectra acurately and equip software capable of searching the existing standardized commerical spectral database.
