    衍射底片上是有标尺的，以相机长度或1/nm的形式给出。对于特定型号的电镜而言，只是电压-波长固定而已，相机长度却是可变的，80-2000mm，所以相机常数也是可变的

    另外我想请教一下：通过XRD如何来判断是单晶还是多晶.非常感谢！
