茅茅姐不回答，我说：Pack the column ( Φ20mm x200mm) with 2 cm of anhydrous sodium sulfate at the bottom, followed by 10 g of silicon-magnesium adsorbent, then 2 cm of anhydrous sodium sulfate again in the upper end.
