    也对，很顺。我多加了个字肉鸡。蛋鸡也可患这种病。Happy对，就翻译为鸡。肉鸡：broiler chicken;蛋鸡：laying hens.

    The following is my personal preference in writing:
    with : 用. The test was performed with a filter.
    by : 由. The test was carried out by an approved operator.
    by : 以. The testing was performed by (or by means of) filtration method. (以 filtration method 进行测试)
