    ICP光谱法是以ICP为发射光源的光谱分析方法，其全称为电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry，简称ICP-AES); 也有人把它称为电感耦合等离子体光学发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry，简称ICP-OES)。
