    当时我写了这一段，是考虑到色谱理论中有一个重要关键词：理论板数。

    不如这样想：不同物质经过柱子的时候，流动相想拉走它，固定相想留住它，就看它与谁更亲近了！对于反相色谱柱，亲水的极性大的物质显然先流出。
    有些物质是主要成分，峰高高，峰面积大，就象那些重量级运动员，身高马大的，有些物质是杂质，峰高小，峰面积也小，希望通过检测器时，能排着队一个一个出来，手拉手（基线分离）。那就是最理想的状态了！
