金属材料热疲劳试验机应用

选用TRTF-1型高频感应热疲劳试验机，进行了热疲劳试验，探索了试验方法——裂纹长度和宽度测量法，提出了热疲劳性能的评价方法（特征温度法和裂纹深度曲线法），并对两种流行的热轧辊材料-高铬铁和高铬钢进行了对比试验。 Using TRTF-1 high frequency thermal fatigue testing machine, we do the thermal fatigue test, research the test method of the crack length and wide , and indicate the evaluate method of the thermal fatigue capability（the characteristic temperature method and crack depth curve method）.We also do the contrast test on two of familiar materials making hot rolls——high-chromium steel and high-chromium iron.
