【中文摘要】 本文报导利用STM(ScanningTunnelingMicroscope)和AFM(AtomicForceMicroscope)对化学淀积的非晶及高温晶化后的Ni88P12合金薄膜表面的形貌进行了研究,观察到非晶合金膜是由纳米大小的微粒聚成微米大小的颗粒构成的,晶化后颗粒长大变为晶粒。 【英文摘要】 The amorphous Ni88P12 alloy films were prepared on the p Si(100) Substrate by chemical deposition in solution at 363K.Structure,composition and morphology of the films were studied by STM、AFM、XRD and XPS before and after the treatment of oxidation,reduction and crystallization.The results show that the amorphous Ni88P12 alloy film is in the form of the micrometre scale grains and each consists of nanoparticles.It is observed that the surface crystallization starts as the films were oxid...
