专家著述(1997)：非晶Ni_(88)P_(12)合金薄膜的AFM和STM研究

【中文摘要】 本文报导利用ＳＴＭ（ＳｃａｎｎｉｎｇＴｕｎｎｅｌｉｎｇＭｉｃｒｏｓｃｏｐｅ）和ＡＦＭ（ＡｔｏｍｉｃＦｏｒｃｅＭｉｃｒｏｓｃｏｐｅ）对化学淀积的非晶及高温晶化后的Ｎｉ８８Ｐ１２合金薄膜表面的形貌进行了研究，观察到非晶合金膜是由纳米大小的微粒聚成微米大小的颗粒构成的，晶化后颗粒长大变为晶粒。 【英文摘要】 The amorphous Ni88P12 alloy films were prepared on the p Si(100) Substrate by chemical deposition in solution at 363K.Structure,composition and morphology of the films were studied by STM、AFM、XRD and XPS before and after the treatment of oxidation,reduction and crystallization.The results show that the amorphous Ni88P12 alloy film is in the form of the micrometre scale grains and each consists of nanoparticles.It is observed that the surface crystallization starts as the films were oxid...
