用户论文(2005)：乳液法制备纳米硫化锌及表征

【中文摘要】 以Zn Cl2 与硫代乙酰胺为原料,以span-80、tween-80为复合型表面活性剂,采用乳液法制备了纳米Zn S.用XRD技术研究了纳米Zn S的晶型结构,原子力显微镜测定其粒径,利用发射光谱对纳米微粒的光学性能进行了表征.实验结果证明,Zn S颗粒粒径在1 0～5 0 nm之间,并具有纳米材料所特有的量子尺寸效应 【英文摘要】 The paper presents the emulsion method with ZnCl_(2) and TAA as raw materials, and span-80、tween-80 as compound surface active agents and utilizes the a forementioned method to produce nanometer ZnS particles. The nanoparticles were studied using XRD, AFM and PL. The XRD shows that the particles are of cubic crystallites structure.
