Trace Level Determination of Fe

This publication is an application note which describes the method of determining Fe in drinking and river water through use of the T-mode interface. The Agilent 7500 Series ICP-MS fitted with the optional T-mode interface, has the ability to determine trace levels of contaminant metals in river water. The T-mode system employs a unique method of itnerference reduction that improves the BEC and LOD for all elements including Fe, As, and Se.
