Unique protomer collision cross section values (CCS) can be determined and used as an additional identification parameter in a routine screening workflow. Individual protomer spectra are generated along with proposed fragmentation pathways. The ACQUITY UPLC I-Class System can be used in conjunction with ion mobility as a development tool to generate more robust analytical methods.
