猪、牛、鱼组织中四环素类药物残留的测定

[摘 要] 以本实验室研制的四环素类药物多残留检测试剂盒为基础，建立了猪、牛、鱼组织中 四环素、土霉素、金霉素和多西环素4种药物残留的酶联免疫检测方法。该方法在猪、牛、鱼组织 中的检测限均低于l3 kg，4种四环素类药物最高残留限量浓度添加回收率范围为47．5％ ～ 119．4％，批内、批间变异系数在25％以内。检测各种组织中四环素类药物的临界值分别为猪肉 49．2 kg、猪肝138．7 g／kg、牛肉52．1 g／kg、牛肝124．4 kg、鱼肉44．1 g／kg。 [关键词] 四环素；金霉素；土霉素；多西环素；ELISA；残留；试剂盒 Determination of Tetracyclines Residues in Swine， Cattle and Fish Tissues by ELISA YE Ni，LIU Zhi—hong，JIN Yin—zhen，ZHANG Chun—pin (China Institute of Veterinary Drug Control，Belting 100081；China) Abstract：An ELISA method was developed for the determination of tetracycline，chlortetracycline，oxytetracycline and deoxycycline residue in swine，cattle and fish tissues based on the multi—residue test kit for tetracyclines made in our laboratory．The limit of detection was not more than 13 kg．Recoveries ranged from 47．5％ to 119．4％ for swine，cattle and fish tissue sample fortified with Tetracyclines at the MRL of each tissue．The intra-and inter— precision values were within 25％ o The cut-0ff value of swine meat。swine liver，cattle meat，cattle liver and fish meat were 49．2，138．7，52．1，124．4 and 44．1 kg respectively． Key words：tetracycline；chl0rtetracycline；oxytetracycline；deoxycycline；residue；test kit
