Clean-up for Aflatoxin and Zearalenone To shorten the time-consuming clean-up process for analysis of aflatoxin and zearalenone, Romer Labs has developed two one-step clean-up columns for this group of mycotoxins. The MycoSep 224 AflaZon column contains a combination of adsorbents that was designed for complex commodities. When more purification is necessary due to the complexity of the matrix, MycoSep 226 AflaZon+ containing a double portion of these same adsorbents might be preferred. Both columns are available in two formats, the MultiSep syringe format and the MycoSep push-through format. Both formats have been intensively studied and application briefs are available.
