多抗霉素B的高效液相色谱分析方法

摘要：采用高效液相色谱法分析多抗霉素B。 使用C18反相色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器，以甲醇-水(用磷酸调 pH值为4.0，体积比10∶90)为流动相，柱温30 ℃，流速0.6 mL/min，检测波长262 nm，外标法对1%多抗霉素 水剂中的多抗霉素B进行分离测定。 方法的线性相关系数为0.9989，标准偏差为0.021，变异系数为1.70%，平 均回收率为99.5%。 关键词：多抗霉素B ；高效液相色谱；分析 中图分类号：TQ450.7 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-0413(2008)03-0188-02 Analysis of Polyoxin B by HPLC YU Fu-li, SONG Xi-feng, JIANG Jun-xia, LIU Wei, LEI Qi (Institute for the Control of Agrochemical, Shaanxi Province, Xian 710003, China) Abstract: Quantitative analysis of polyoxin B was conducted using HPLC with a C18 column, DAD detection and external standard method. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water(pH 4.0) at a ratio of 10:90(by vol), and flow rate was 0.6 mL/min. The results showed that linear correlation was 0.9989, the standard deviation was 0.021, the coefficient of variation was 1.70%, and the average recovery was 99.5%, respectively.
