工作描述：
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned project;
• Lead the team for on-site service to provide the best quality of service to customers.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personal performance) and report regularly on project status;
• Provide/Update all necessary operation and maintained workplan\report etc. to management or customer.
• Prepare, organize and attend Customer meetings to ensure project implementation and delivery.
• Strictly follow all safety and administration policies and ensure the the following of all delegated persons
• Provides highly positive, effective, prompt and responsive communication to customers, service team, sales team and project team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical, electrical engineering, material, petroleum engineer or related.
• 3+ years working knowledge of analytical instrument, related with material characterization will be perfect.
• Be patient, self-motivated, can work under stress.
• Be skillful at fixing technical problems, strong ability in hands-on job.
• Be willing to travel in China extensively and work with a flexible time frame.
• Good at communicating with both internal and external parties.
• Acceptable English, can write and read emails in English, communicate with foreign engineers for technical issues.
