工作描述：
Job Description:
1. Leading the team to provide technical support of inorganic products in North China.
2. Teaming with Sales Representatives on sales calls and visits, and act as a technical consultant to provide prospective customers with technical information and perform product demonstrations to assist with their purchasing decision; Works with vendors, partners, and sales to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to new and existing customers.
3. Running demo samples in demo lab; Develop and apply methods and new techniques to provide solutions to customers.
4. Provide software and application training, trouble shooting, method develop in post-sales support.
5. Understand customers’ current and future needs and design relative application strategy.
6. Interact with the scientific community and market via key applications, publications, conference presentations, and patents.
7. Be a team player.
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or above in environment, food safety, alloy, geology, pharmaceutical, analytical chemistry, or related field.
2. At least 5 years hands on experience with environmental, food, pharma, semicon, alloys and sample preparation of inorganic products( AA/ICP/ICP-MS) are preferred.
3. Passionate about working in lab to develop applications for customer needs.
4. Strong customer-orientation.
5. Ability to manage and leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
6. Excellent group interaction skills and negotiating skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Up to 50% travel required for customer support and meeting.
Excellent presentation skills in front of internal teams, customers, and large audience (during conferences).
