Sample Preparation Dilute sample with an equal amount of 0.1 M ammonium chloride, pH 7.0. Cartridge Conditioning 3mL of methanol, followed by 3mL-distilled water. Sample Addition Add prepared sample to cartridge. Aspirate sample through cartridge at 5mL / minute.
