【摘要】目的应用高效液相色谱法测定龟芪壮骨颗粒中二苯乙烯苷的含量。方法采用DiamonsilTM(钻石)C18(5μm，250mm×4.6mm)，乙腈－0.2%磷酸溶液（23：77）为流动相，流速：1ml/min，检测波长为320nm。结果线性范围为0.0964～0.482μg，r=0.9998，平均回收率为98.00％，RDS=0.98％。结论该方法用于测定龟芪壮骨颗粒中二苯乙烯苷含量，简便、快速、准确。【关键词】龟芪壮骨颗粒；二苯乙烯苷；高效液相色谱法【Abstract】 Objective To develop a HPLC method to determine the content of 2，3，5，4’-tetrahydroxystibene-2-o-β-D-glucoside in Guiqizhuanggu granule.Methods The HPLC method was carried out on an DiamonsilTMC18 column(5μm，250mm×4.6mm)using a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid water(23：77)，and detection wavelength was 320 nm.Results With a relation efficient of 0.9998. Good linear relationshipe between area and a mount was noted for 0.0964～0.482μg. The average recovery of 2，3，5，4’-tetrahydroxystibene-2-o-β-D-glucoside and RSD were 98.00% and 0.98% respectively. Conclusion It was proved that the method was available，simple and accurate. 【Key words】 guiqizhuanggu granule； 2，3，5，4’-tetrahydroxystibene-2-o-β-D-glucoside； HPLC 龟芪壮骨颗粒是熟地黄、龟甲、杜仲等十八味中药组成。主要功能为补气补血，滋补肝肾，强筋壮骨。适用于腰膝酸软，气血不足等症。方中主要药物何首乌为蓼科植物何首乌的干燥块根。其有效成分之一为二苯乙烯苷。本实验采用高效液相色谱法［1，2］，测定龟芪壮骨颗粒中二苯乙烯苷的含量作为该制剂的质量控制指标，以便更好地控制该产品质量。 1 仪器与试药
