China ＊e-mail: yebx@zzu.edu.cn Received: August 6， 2007 Accepted: January 9， 2008 Abstract A novel method of determining trace manganese by square-wave stripping voltammetry with simultaneous plating mercury electrode is described in this paper. Well-defined stripping peaks of manganese are obtained in H3BO4- NaOH buffer (pH 8.0) and peak currents are in good linear relationship with manganese concentrations in two ranges: from 0.36 nM to 36 nM and from 73 nM to 909 nM. The obtained detection limit is 0.18 nM and relative standard deviation is 2.3% (n¼；；；；7) under a predeposition time of 90 s. This proposed method has been used for the determination of trace manganese in real plasma samples with satisfiable results and good matching with the results of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. 反应釜

简介：本水热合成釜采用型号为316L的优质不锈钢加工而成。釜体与釜盖密封采用耐用、可靠的线密封结构，内套为聚四氟乙烯材料加工制成，密封效果长期稳定无泄漏。 釜盖采用螺旋紧固结构设置、并辅以釜体定位装置，以利合成釜的开启与密闭。 本水热合成釜采用外加热方式，以缩小体积，并有利多反应釜处于同一反应操作温度（如将多个反应釜置于烘箱中加热）。
